The Tilling Suite at the top features charming decor with cozy furnishings, offering great views of the street below. A delightful cafe downstairs serves exceptional sausage rolls and scotch eggs, making mornings exceptionally tempting.
Staying on the ground floor can be quite disruptive due to noise from guests entering through the alternate entrance right next to certain rooms. Road noise is also a factor, as well as the creaks and conversations from rooms above, which might disturb light sleepers. Some areas could use a fresh coat of paint, and limited fridge space for perishables is something to consider if you're bringing food.
